The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph ref. 49150/000R-9338 is a second-generation Overseas in full 18K rose gold, paired with a gray dial that gives it a quieter, more understated look than many precious-metal sports watches.
Inside is the self-winding caliber 1137, an anti-magnetic automatic chronograph with a column wheel and a large date display at 12 o'clock.
A 150 meter water resistance rating and solid caseback speak to the original intent of the model. The gray dial works especially well with the rose gold case.
