Bottega Veneta
Bottega Veneta was founded in Vicenza in 1966 as a leather-goods house shaped by the craft traditions of Italy’s Veneto region. Its early reputation grew around soft, lightly structured bags and a restrained approach to branding.
In 1975 the house introduced Intrecciato, a technique that weaves narrow strips of leather into a flexible, durable surface. The construction remains a defining element of Bottega Veneta handbags, adapted across different shapes, colors, materials and scales while keeping the focus on leather workmanship.
