It features a manual winding movement with Caliber 27-70, which is adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 8 positions, incorporating a freesprung Gyromax balance. The watch boasts a 18k yellow gold circular case with a diameter of 36.5 mm and two round chronograph pushers on the band. The screw-down exhibition sapphire crystal display back adds to its elegance and functionality. The silver dial is adorned with faceted 18K gold baton hour markers, outer 1/5th second divisions with Arabic 5 minute markers, and subsidiary dials at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock for constant seconds with 24-hour indication, 30-minute recording with leap year indication, and date with moon phase indication. The watch also features apertures for day and month at 12 o'clock, gold pointed baton hands, and a blue center chronograph hand. The 18K yellow gold bracelet with the Patek logo on the buckle completes the sophisticated look, fitting a 7.5" wrist.
