The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar combines three sophisticated complications in a single timepiece: a split-seconds chronograph, perpetual calendar, and moon-phase display. This exceptional model features a 41.9 mm case crafted from 18-carat white gold, measuring 14.7 mm in thickness, paired with a distinctive salmon-colored dial made of solid 18-carat pink gold. The watch is powered by the manually wound L101.1 manufacture movement, composed of 631 parts and operating at a frequency of 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour, with a 42-hour power reserve. Its perpetual calendar displays the date, day of the week, month, and leap year, while the rattrapante chronograph allows the measurement of intermediate times. Additional features include a moon-phase display, small seconds, and a power-reserve indicator. The watch is fitted with a dark brown alligator leather strap and an 18-carat white gold buckle, with a sapphire-crystal case back revealing the meticulously finished movement. Limited to 100 pieces worldwide and originally available exclusively through A. Lange & Söhne boutiques, this reference represents an exceptional example of traditional German haute horlogerie.
