The 1815 RATTRAPANTE HONEYGOLD is A. Lange & Söhne’s first pure split-seconds chronograph, combining traditional 1815 design with an exceptionally sophisticated rattrapante mechanism. This limited-edition timepiece features a 41.2 mm case crafted from 18-carat HONEYGOLD®, measuring 12.6 mm in thickness, paired with a black dial crafted from solid silver. It is powered by the manually wound L101.2 manufacture movement, consisting of 365 parts and operating at 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour (3 Hz), with a 58-hour power reserve. The movement incorporates a column-wheel-controlled split-seconds chronograph, allowing two elapsed times to be measured independently, along with a 30-minute chronograph counter and small seconds display. The watch is completed with a brown alligator leather strap and HONEYGOLD® buckle, while the sapphire-crystal case back reveals the meticulously hand-finished movement.
