It runs strong and keeps accurate time, featuring 18 jewels and Caliber 10'''200. The original Patek 18k yellow gold case measures 25.0 x 25.0 mm (35.0 with the lugs), with a five-body design held together by three special sliding bars on each lateral side for resistance to humidity and dust. It has hooded cylindrical lugs. The crystal is original Patek acrylic with no scratches. The dial is original Patek matted silvered with raised gold Roman numerals and 'piramide' hour markers, along with a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o'clock and baton 18k yellow gold hands. It comes with an original Patek genuine black crocodile strap and an original Patek 18k yellow gold tang-type clasp. The watch is in great vintage condition with no engravings.
