The dial's intricate craftsmanship involves a meticulous process of 60 steps, including the application of 15 layers of transparent lacquer for a stunning optical depth. Subdials are intricately milled into both the brass blank and lacquer layer, enhanced by a special printing process for a striking three-dimensional effect. The Portugieser Chronograph runs on the IWC-manufactured 69355 caliber, renowned for its durability and precision.
