The F.P. Journe Centigraphe Souverain is an iconic high-precision mechanical chronograph, housed in a 40 mm case crafted in 18K rose gold. It features a sapphire crystal, exhibition caseback, and a distinctive multi-register dial showcasing Journe’s signature independent chronograph architecture.
Powered by the hand-wound F.P. Journe Calibre 1506, the watch measures elapsed times from 1/100th of a second to 10 minutes via three dedicated chronograph subdials. Operated by a patented rocker arm at 2 o’clock, the chronograph runs without affecting balance amplitude. Power reserve is approximately 80 hours with the chronograph stopped and around 24 hours when running, with tachometer scales converting time into speeds up to 36,000 km/h.
